General English courses are offered at the Lake School all year long. Students enrolled in General English classes are placed in groups based on their skill level, so you may join existing classes. Our certified and experienced instructors ensure that this integration runs smoothly, ensuring a pleasant, positive learning environment for all learners.
The majority of students enroll in Intensive General English, which is a full-time program (21 hours per week) throughout the year. There are established start dates in the summer.
Some students enroll in the Semi-Intensive General English program, which is a part-time course (15 hours each week, only in the mornings). This course isn’t possible to take during July and August.
If you’re a CEFR B1 or above and are studying on an Intensive English course for at least 4 weeks (not July or August), you may be interested in preparing for an internationally recognized English language certificate. We prepare students for IELTS and the Cambridge exams.
On demand, we can provide courses.
On request at any time of the year, we can organize private classes or seminars for individuals and groups. Individual instruction may be used in conjunction with other courses.
Closed group programs might include transfers, trips, accommodation, and social activities.
